On 21 November 2023, the INFORB project reached a key milestone with the development and formalization of the implementation plans and benchmarks.

This stage marked the strategic alignment between the Romanian and Bulgarian partners, establishing the project's operational framework, the schedule of deliverables and the initial assessment of the level of cyber security in the food sector.

By defining benchmarks and performance indicators (KPIs), the necessary preconditions for monitoring the progress and impact of the project in the long term have been created. The planning also integrated sector-specific priorities, in line with the requirements of the NIS 2 Directive and cross-border cooperation objectives.
