Entry 4 – Publication of the Good Practice Guide for NIS 2 Implementation in the Food Sector

On November 31, 2024, the INFORB project published Ghidul de bune practici dedicated to the implementation of the NIS 2 Directive in the food sector.

The guide includes sector-specific recommendations, risk management measures and applied examples tailored to actors in food production, processing, distribution and retail. Both technical and organizational measures are covered, in line with EU cyber security policy.

The document is an essential benchmark for the consistent and practical application of the NIS 2 requirements, based on input from industry, cyber security expertise and the institutional framework in Romania and Bulgaria.
