Entry 2 – First Training for Management and Launch of the CORB Cooperation Platform

As of March 29, 2024, the INFORB project completed the development of a dedicated methodology for the identification and classification of food business entities in line with the requirements of the NIS 2 Directive.

This methodology differentiates between essential and important entities based on their role in the national food infrastructure, digital exposure and impact on the cross-border supply chain.

The criteria were developed through a collaborative effort of national authorities, industry experts and cybersecurity stakeholders from Romania and Bulgaria. This approach provides a solid framework for applying tailored security measures and prioritizing compliance with NIS 2 obligations.
